AstroWorkBench Free Software
I have made the following applications available as part of my AstroWorkBench (AWB) family of software applications. These are applications that I have written over the years and use for my observational sessions. No nag screens, no adverts, no payments - they are just free!

Note: These applications use Microsoft .Net and the Microsoft SQL Server Compact database. If your computer does not have these frameworks (runtimes) already installed the installers will prompt you to accept their automatic installation from the Microsoft Web Site. You do not have to do any anything to achieve this; just accept the prompts.

THE FOLLOWING THREE APPLICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE

1. AstroWorkBench

This is a suite of over twenty screens that show solar system and deep sky objects that are observable for any date, time and location. It also contains many other utilities and lots of reference data. More details are available here.

 

2. AWB Scope Calculations

This application provides some fundamental figures for you scope, eyepiece and CCD configurations. More details are available here.

3. AWB Constellations

This application provides detailed chart drawing for each of the constellations with many object selection options. More details are available here.
